Raul talks about his seminal article, “The Dangerous Myth of Taxpayer Money,” and the legal history of taxation, citing the Supreme Court ruling that the gov’t has power to issue money backed only by the full faith & credit of the US gov’t - not backed by gold, taxes, or bonds.
